1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing our products/services or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Orders & Payments

Pricing: Prices are subject to change. Discounts apply only to specified items.
Payment Methods: Credit/debit cards, UPI, bank transfers. Full payment is required before delivery/service initiation unless credit terms are agreed in writing.
Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund. Custom-built equipment may not be eligible.

3. Delivery & Installation

Timelines: Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by logistics partners or unforeseen circumstances.
Risk of Loss: Responsibility transfers to you upon delivery. Inspect equipment for damage before signing the delivery receipt.

4. Warranties & Returns

Equipment Warranty: Covered under manufacturer terms (typically 1–3 years for parts/labor). Warranty voids if:
- Equipment is misused or modified.
- Repairs are attempted by unauthorized personnel.
Returns: Defective products may be returned within [7] days for replacement/refund. Buyer covers return shipping costs unless the error is ours.

5. Maintenance & Repairs

AMC Contracts: Annual Maintenance Contracts include [X] scheduled visits/year. Exclusions:
- Damage from negligence or natural disasters.
- Consumable parts (e.g., belts, batteries).
Service Fees: On-demand repairs not covered under AMC will be quoted after diagnosis.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Indirect damages (e.g., lost gym revenue due to equipment downtime).
Injuries caused by improper equipment use.
Third-party service errors (e.g., courier delays).

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, and product designs are owned by Altus Fitness Solution. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your State/Country]. Disputes will first attempt resolution via mediation.

Return and Refund Policy terms&condition rules

1. General Policy

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the following terms.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

A. Gym Equipment (New Purchases)

Return Window: 7 days from delivery date
Conditions:
- Product must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories/manuals
- Original purchase receipt/invoice required
- Applies only to equipment purchased directly from us (not third-party sellers)

B. Refurbished/Used Equipment

Return Window: 3 days from delivery
Restocking Fee: 15% of product price may apply

C. Services (Repairs/Maintenance)

Service fees are refundable only if:
- We fail to complete the service as agreed
- Service was paid for but not rendered

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned/refunded:

Custom-built or specially ordered equipment
Opened consumables (e.g., lubricants, belts, grips)
Digital products (e.g., software, training programs)
Services already performed (diagnostics, labor charges)

4. Return Process

Step 1: Request Authorization

Contact our support team within return window:

Provide: Order number, product details, reason for return

Step 2: Approval & Instructions

We will respond within 48 hours with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions (if applicable)
- Any special conditions

Step 3: Return Shipment

Customer pays return shipping unless error is ours
Must use original packaging or equivalent protection
Recommend insured shipping with tracking

5. Refund Processing

Timeline: 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect returned item
Method: Original payment mode (except cash payments which will be via bank transfer)
Deductions:
- Restocking fees (where applicable)
- Shipping costs (unless return is due to our error)
- Damage/loss of value due to customer handling

6. Warranty Claims vs Returns

Warranty service does not constitute a refund

7. Special Cases

A. Incorrect/Damaged Delivery

Report within 24 hours of delivery with photos
We will arrange free return/replacement

B. Change of Mind

Subject to 20% restocking fee
Customer bears all return shipping costs
