About Altus Fitness Solution - AMC TERMS & CONDITION
1. Scope of Service
✅ Covered:
- Labour support for repairs & maintenance.
- 12 scheduled Preventive Maintenance Services (PMS).
- Electrical & mechanical fault
❌ Not Covered:
- PVC/Rubber covers, upholstery, painting, chroming.
- Wear & tear parts (belts, cables, etc.).
- Damage from misuse, power surges, or unauthorized repairs.
2. Contract Validity & Renewal
- 12-month validity (renewable annually).
- Delayed renewal? Interim repairs will be chargeable.
3. Service Assurance
- PMS included even if no complaints are logged.
- On-call repairs count as a PMS visit if done simultaneously.
4. Liability & Limitations
- No liability for injuries, business losses, or third-party damages.
- Maximum liability limited to the contract value.
- Electrical issues (voltage fluctuations, faulty wiring) must be fixed by the client’s electrician.
5. Equipment Relocation
- In-city shifting: Additional cost applies.
- Outstation shifting: Client bears travel + lodging (@ ₹1,500/day/person).
6. General Terms
- 30-day quote validity.
- Unlimited complaints attended under AMC.
